  We recently started building our home and I knew I wanted a wide plank wood floor. After getting tons of flooring samples from online competitors only for them to give me the run around and not help one bit, I (by fluke) stumbled upon We Ship Floors. I am so glad I did. Now I honestly do not write reviews as a habit, but this company is so amazing you would be a fool to pass up on their flooring. I am someone who researched and makes sure a deal is completely legit before I spend my hard earned money. I chose a flooring on the deal page, asked for samples and got a few of the same floor to compare. The samples that came were such high quality for the price, and at least $3 less than anywhere else for the handscraped wide plank. I called the line multiple times, no waiting and always got a real sweet and helpful team member at We Ship Floors. Sometimes questions arise and you need to get reassurance that your purchase is going to go well. I needed my floor to be held and didn't know that was an option until THEY mentioned they would be willing to hold it as long as I needed since I hadn't even broken ground. They put my mind at ease and helped answer questions. Zoe and the various team members were incredibly helpful. Not only did they hold my flooring for as long as I needed them to, when it came time to ship they confirmed with me everything to make sure it would go smoothly. There was a hiccup with the builder and even though we got the go ahead to ship and store the floor, the house wasn't ready for us to. The shipping company used was just as accommodating and helpful! They called to schedule the delivery and when we couldn't have it delivered to the house but down the street, the shipper without complaint followed us down the street and helped troubleshoot how to get the wood floor to where we were storing it. From start to finish the entire team at We Ship Floors made what could have been stressful with other companies a complete dream transaction. By the end of it I felt like family. I can't thank Zoe and the We Ship Floors team for making my dream come true with this gorgeous floor! It went in beautifully and you can tell it is a high quality floor because out of 750 sq ft of floor, I only had one unusable board due to an odd staining pattern. I had to return molding that didn't get shipped on time to meet the floor needs and they helped me out as well, A++++++++ (not getting paid or rewarded for my review, this is an honest experience that I had to share with everyone!) Pros: -Amazing customer support -easy transaction -trustworthy team -The company's desire is to make this a pleasant experience and have nothing but happy customers. it's very obvious if anything had gone wrong they would do ANYTHING to make it right. -When Making a phone call they answer and are extremely helpful answering questions -quality floor -samples sent to your door -accommodating as can be. Worked around me and my schedule -held the product safely at the warehouse as long as needed -well packaged, cared for and hardly any waste -amazing result!!!!! CONS: -Nothing
