Went in to buy a belt for our vacuum and Hall took his time with us to make sure we got the correct belt, got the best deal possible, and even showed us the the best way to change it on our own. He was also able to give us some great advice on cleaning pet stains and odors and helped us advoid buying a more expensive product that we didn't need. Very personable, friendly and helpful.
