  Poor, Very poor. The sales person we dealt with buying a Kohler Acrylic Tub gave us a price and we paid it. She told us that if we decided to get a cast iron one the price difference would be about 20 to 29 dollars. When we got home and spoke with the contractor we called Furgosen's and asked to have a cast iron tub delivered, at which time she told us that it would be $ 200+ more and it would take 2 - 2 1/2 weeks to get in. We decided to stay with Acrylic. She told us delivery would be the following Thursday or Friday. I called on Friday to check on what time and was told I was not on the delivery schedule until possibly the following Monday. When I told her that I had an appointment out of State she said "If you have a way of transporting it you can come and get it yourself" I told her I would. I won't be buying a cabinet, sink, faucet or toilet or anything for that matter from Furgosen's in Johnson City, TN. The rest of this bathroom is coming from somewhere else. I am extremely dissatisfied.
