We had experienced some issues with a staff member and service during this time, so we contacted the store manager and he was very pleasant and did everything he could to ensure we had a good experience. You should judge a store by it's upper management and I am very pleased to say I felt respected, understood, and the iPad was taken care of. Definitely recommend this store & it's store manager for any future tech issues.
